Spiritual Osmosis is a narrative discussion between a grandfather and his grandchildren wherein the three delve into the workings of humanity by exploring various man-made constructs that cause disharmony and struggle. The trio poignantly challenge many of the human systems we have adopted that serve to keep us enslaved, dependent and hindering us fromliving our lives to the fullest.
Through discussion, humour and youthful curiosity, the characters take you deep inside yourself, challenging you to throw off self imposed shackles and rediscover your authentic self.

Spiritual Osmosis is the end result of Lorenzo’s 40+ years of cumulative practical life experience. From his early years he has been a writer, a poet, a philosopher, and sometimes a dreamer. He was blessed with an innate understanding of, and insight into human nature, and over the years has gained extensive experience while guiding, counselling, observing, and documenting human behaviour.
He graduated University with a degrees in Psychology and Sociology and in Business and Commerce focusing on Human Resources Development. His working life found him in a variety of interesting and hands on capacities such as Vice President of Human Resources, College Instructor, Trainer, Management Consultant and Employee Assistance Counsellor dealing with issues from substance abuse, marital issues, grief counselling and life/ career choices. He has extensive experience addressing audiences, program development, delivery, teaching and training.
Lorenzo lives all day, every day in paradise with his wife, rescued and lovingly cared for by their feline angel, Maybelline.
